We use Fedex for most of our UK deliveries.
Our delivery service in the vast majority of cases is a 24 hour service but is only
guaranteed by Fedex as a 48 hour service
Certain UK addresses such as the Highlands and Islands have a 48 hour service.
Our normal delivery days are Tuesday to Friday.
UK Standard delivery times are between 9.00am and 5.00 pm.
Saturday deliveries can be arranged, but are considerably more expensive. Please contact Robin or Celia to arrange these
European Deliveries are generally 48 - 72 hours.
We are unable to sent Fresh Meat and Fresh Fish to destinations outside the UK
When Fedex collect and scan a parcel onto their system an email is automatically sent to the email address our customer has supplied us. That email gives a consignment number and a link to the Parcelforce Website so that you can check the status of the parcel.
