We are delighted to be able to offer a range of fresh fish supplied to us by the Oldest established Fishmonger in Inverness. Duncan Fraser and Sons Fishmongers are a truly professional fresh fish merchant who buy their fish and Scottish seafood from local fishermen from the West, North or East Coasts of Scotland, depending on the weather and the variety of fish being landed. Their professional buyers only select the freshest fish landed from inshore boats. They do not buy fron the deep sea trawlers that may have had their catch on ice for 10 days . We collect and blast freeze our products within 24 hours of it being caught.
