How do I buy something from this site?

Simply look on the left of the page and you will see the different product ranges we offer for sale. Click on the range you wish to view. Scroll down the page until you see the product you require, click the ADD TO BASKET button. You will then be taken to the Shopping Basket page, where you will be shown the product you have selected. If you wish to buy more than one of that product, alter the quantity and click the recalculate button. To continue shopping click the RETURN TO SHOP button.

 I have tried to add an item to my basket but when viewed the basket states

Your internet security settings may be set too high. Click on TOOLS. then INTERNET OPTIONS, then SECURITY. If your slider or settings are on HIGH or above this disables most COOKIES and many sites won't function. Change your setting to MEDIUM and the site should function. How do I Know how much is in my basket ?

At the top left of every page is a running total of the number and value of the items in your basket. At any time, on any page you can click the

button to see or alter what you have selected.

I have selected something that I no longer require.  How do I remove an item from my basket ?

Click a VIEW BASKET button and click the REMOVE ITEM button . It will be removed

How do I cancel my order ?

Click a VIEW BASKET button. You will be taken to the shopping basket. Click the CANCEL ORDER button.

You can pay by credit card on our secure site, send us a cheque or ask us to contact you to take your credit card details over the phone.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes. When you click ORDER NOW you are given the option to pay by post. You can then send us a cheque.

How do I pay using a Gift Voucher?

A

When you get to the ORDER FORM ( not the SHOPPING BASKET) you will be asked how you would like to pay. On the drop down menu select Gift Voucher and enter the Gift Voucher number in the box provided.

How much is p & p ?

A

Postage and packaging varies on the weight of the parcel and the destination. After you have selected the delivery destination on the shopping basket and clicked PROCEED TO ORDER FORM, the carriage will be shown.  We have negotiated advantageous rates for our delivery service, which are passed on to our customers.

What  packaging do you despatch the goods in?

All goods are packed in sturdy, cardboard, plastic or polystyrene boxes, depending on the contents, with ample padding and refrigerated blocks where required.

When will you despatch the goods?

A

Goods are dispatched on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for next day delivery.  Alternative days for delivery can be made by arrangement .We ask you for the delivery date your require on the ORDER FORM

How long do my purchases take to arrive with me?

A

Our delivery service for the majority of the UK is  next day . Most of Europe is guaranteed 48 hours. When we receive an order that cannot meet the delivery times, we inform our customers of their arrangements prior to despatch.

What happens about damages or lost goods?

A

Until our customers have signed for the goods "received in good condition" our deliveries are all insured and remain our responsibility. When a parcel is opened and found to be faulty, through the fault of ourselves or our carriers, then the responsibility remains with us.

Are there any restrictions on what you can send to different countries?

A

Yes. Mainly to do with meat products. Should you ask for an item that is restricted we will contact you to make alternative arrangements
