Smoked Salmon made in Achiltibuie using a traditional smoking recipe for over 25 years, blending rum, molasses and whisky barrel chippings to create a subtle smoky flavour. The flavoursome fresh salmon is delivered to Achiltibuie where it is marinated and smoked before being hand-sliced and packed, ready to be despatched across the UK, and in some cases much further.
