Everyone’s favourite Scottish Fudge, made from quality ingredients, Sugar, Glucose, Butter, Milk, Soya Flour (not Genetically Modified), with added flavours and ingredients depending on the flavour. Our Fudge is only made in their Copper Boiler to our own special recipe. Most Fudge to-day is mass produced in vacuum boilers producing a pealy wally sugary paste which they have to add colour to. Gordon and Durward Fudge carefully made so that it caramelises in the pot and at the end we beat it to give the fine texture that all good Fudge should have
